The story is about a father's love for his children and how money drives the children to selfishness. Dhaniram (Kader Khan) distributes his property equally among his children only to find himself all alone. His twin brother, Maniram along with his lawyer, Batliwala (Anupam Kher) come to his aid and convince him to remarry, making his young wife Bharati his beneficiary.
