Bugged is the second episode of Cars Toons: Tales from Radiator Springs. Red was watering his flowers when a bug flies up to his face. Red blows it away, but it comes back. He tries blowing it more, but it was still coming back. He tries shaking it off, and even honking his horn, but it still wouldn't leave. Then, he tries to splash water on it, and it worked. He was happy, until he sees the bug on Stanley's statue. He was sad, as the bug was covered with water and couldn't fly. Red blows him dry, and he was able to fly again. Red watches the bug fly away, and goes back to watering his flowers. However, the bug comes back with two more bugs. The bugs still bother him, but he still continues watering his flowers.

Spinning is the third Cars Toons: Tales from Radiator Springs. Guido was holding a sign in front of Luigi's Casa Della Tires to get customers to come to the shop. Then Luigi comes and tells Guido to shake the sign, and goes back into the shop. Guido shakes the sign, then starts getting fancy with the shaking, and even spins the tip on his fork. Lightning notices Guido and tells everyone to check out what he's doing. Soon, a lot of cars were there to see Guido. Guido starts dancing with the sign, while DJ plays some music. At the end, Guido tosses the sign high into the sky, and catches it while balancing on two tires and says, "Pit stop." Everyone cheers and drives away. Guido daydreams about his dancing, until Luigi, who hasn't watched Guido dance with the sign, comes back out and tells him to shake the sign. The short ends with an iris going on Guido shaking the sign.

Tiny Toon Adventures, is an American animated comedy television series produced by Amblin Entertainment and Warner Bros. Animation and was broadcast from September 14, 1990 through May 28, 1995. It follows the adventures of a group of young cartoon characters who attend the Acme Looniversity to become the next generation of characters from the Looney Tunes series. Conceived in the late 1980s by producer Tom Ruegger, the cartoon was the first animated series produced by the collaboration of Steven Spielberg and Warner Bros. Animation during the animation renaissance of the late 1980s and early 1990s. The pilot episode, "The Looney Beginning," aired as a prime-time special on CBS on September 14, 1990; while the series itself was featured in first-run syndication for the first two seasons. The last season was aired on Fox Kids. The series ended production in 1992 in favor of Animaniacs, however, two specials were produced in 1994. On July 1, 2013, Tiny Toon Adventures began airing on the Hub Network.

Mad Scientist Toon Club is an educational children's television show produced by Saban Entertainment that aired in US syndication from September 15, 1993 to January 25, 1994. Toonsylvania is an animated television series, which ran for 2 seasons in 1998 on FOX's Saturday morning cartoon block in its first season, then was moved to Tuesday afternoons from September 14, 1998 until December 21, 1998, when it was cancelled. Reruns aired until 2000. It was produced in part by Steven Spielberg, following in the footsteps of his previous animated series, Tiny Toon Adventures and Animaniacs. Much like Animaniacs, the show had recurring cartoon series that appeared in each episode. Unlike Animaniacs, Toonsylvania didn't have a wide range of characters and almost every episode had the same cartoon segments.
