Sanjay and Akshaye, childhood friends and small time crooks rob a bank managed by Paresh. The two of them specially, Akshaye, on and off contemplates changing tracks and leaving the world of crime. Sanjay on the other hand almost every time manages to do something which closes all doors for Akshaye to change his life. This bank robbery also does the same. Akshaye is back where he belongs. Paresh is accused as an accomplice of Sanjay and Akshaye since the two had stayed in his house the night before the robbery.Paresh swears he will not return without the proof of his innocence.

It looks at the struggle for democracy inside Iran, the consequences of the current escalation and the potential US and/or Israeli attack, and suggests some alternatives to consider.

The show was written by Farrukh Dhondy and Mustapha Matura. 27 episodes were broadcast of the programme which focused on a family of Jamaican heritage, the Powells, living in a council house in Willesden Green, London. It was voted Britain's 100th best sitcom in a poll carried out by the BBC.
Tamako works for a company in the restaurant business. She experiences betrayal from Makoto, a chef she recently hired. Rumors then spread at work about her. Tamako decides enough is enough and quits her job. She decides to open a restaurant and run it from a woman's perspective.
