Famed filmmaker tracks down former Japanese soldiers in Malaysia.
The film consists of three stories that are interconnected with each other. It starts off at an old school where the guard on duty keeps experiencing spooky happenings during his shift. This prompts the school authorities to call a medium to perform an exorcism to drive the spirits away from the school. In the following story, the medium and his assistant, Saad, is returning from the school when their car crashes. The medium dies from a heart attack. Saad dies when a car hits him. In the final story, Jo, Mansur and Akim are looking for their friend, Rose, who has been possessed and has gone missing. They encounter many strange happenings until they find Saad's and the medium's lifeless bodies by the roadside.

You may think of them as funky little films made by 15 Malaysian voices for the people of Malaysia.

Bring 'Em Back Alive is an adventure television series starring Bruce Boxleitner, Cindy Morgan and Ron O'Neal. The series was shown in the United States from September 1982 to May 1983. Set in Singapore, it was one of several shows like Tales of the Gold Monkey to try to capture the success of Raiders of the Lost Ark. In reality, Frank Buck was a real big game trapper who was very famous in the 1930s. He wrote a book entitled Bring 'Em Back Alive. He appeared in several movies including a 1932 adaptation of the book and is remembered by serial fans as the star of Jungle Menace. It lasted only 17 episodes before being cancelled because of low ratings, due to being scheduled against ABC's Top 30 hits Happy Days and Laverne and Shirley.
In this mini-series in six parts from 1976 the Indian actor Kabir Bedi plays the lead role. Carol Andre plays Lady Marianna Guillonk and as Sandokans best friend Yanez de Gomera we see Phillipe Leroy. The noble prince Sandokan is a fighter of the first rank who are cruel to their enemies, but always loyal to his friends.
MasterChef Malaysia is a cooking show like the other MasterChef shows in other countries, such as USA, Australia, New Zealand, Croatia, Greece, India, Sweden, Indonesia and Great Britain. The show will be aired for the upcoming first season on Astro Ria.
IKON Malaysia is a reality singing competition which searches for a champion among existing or established artistes rather than among new, unknown starlets as in other such singing competitions. The programme was co-launched with IKON Indonesia and IKON Philippines in late 2006 as an initiative to search for an artiste who can represent the country in the regional, ASEAN level. The verdict is determined by 70% of jury marks and 30% SMS. Ikon Malaysia began its run on Astro Ria in May 2007, and is hosted by Sarimah Ibrahim. The final stage was held on 28 July 2007. Jaclyn Victor and OAG was chosen to represent Malaysia in Ikon ASEAN which was held on 12 August 2007.

Project Runway Malaysia is a Malaysian reality television series on 8TV that focuses on fashion design. Its contestants compete with each other to create the best clothes and are usually restricted in their time, materials, and theme. Their designs are judged and one or more designers are eliminated each week. The winner will receive RM100,000 to spearhead his/her career. The show, slated to begin in August, will culminate with the chance for a designer to show his work at a local fashion week. Project Runway is hosted by supermodel Bernie Chan and judged by a panel that usually includes Chan, designer Datuk Bernard Chandran. Mr. Chandran has proved to be so popular that his role has been expanded. Project Runway Malaysia takes place in Kuala Lumpur.
Project SuperStar is a singing talent search competition organised by MediaCorp and broadcast every Saturday and Sunday at 8.30pm on 8TV in Malaysia. Project SuperStar was organised to discover and develop young talents in Mandarin pop in Malaysia. Closely modelled after the Pop Idol, 24 contestants were selected to enter the Quarter Finals of the competition. For all three seasons, it was hosted by Gary Yap and Cheryl Lee.

Malaysian Idol is the Malaysian version of the Idol Series that started in UK, similar to shows such as UK's Pop Idol and American Idol in the franchise. This show is a contest to determine the best young singer in Malaysia, with the winner receiving a major record deal, although some runners-up have achieved enough fame to ink record deals of their own. Like any other Idol show, the winner is decided by public votes. The Malaysian Idol series has gained a following in Malaysia from people of all ages partly due to their interest in American Idol which had been introduced a few years prior. Malaysian Idol has been broadcast to Malaysian viewers via terrestrial television, 8TV and TV3. The last few finalists of Malaysian Idol have become celebrities because they have their own following of fans who supported them throughout their appearance on Malaysian Idol.
Malaysian Dreamgirl was an online reality television show in which a number of young women competed for the title of Malaysian Dreamgirl and a chance to start their career in the modeling industry. The show lasted for only 2 seasons in a period of only 2 years. The show was created by the CEO of Capxion Media, Jared Solomon and hosted by Sazzy Falak in Season 1. Elaine Daly took over as host starting Season 2. The first season premiered in March 2008 and was added into the Malaysia Book of Records as Malaysia's First Online Reality Model Search.
So You Think You Can Dance is a dance reality show and competition aired on 8TV. Based closely on the original U.S. show by the same name, the series premiered on April 5, 2007. The show was created by Simon Fuller and Nigel Lythgoe. The Malaysian entry in the So You Think You Can Dance franchise lasted two seasons and ended in 2008 after crowning champions Muhammad Haslam Abdul Rahman Rubaee, and Cecilia Yong Li Shi.
